The Hispanic Education Coalition of Palm Beach County announces the second annual bicycle ride La Vuelta Palm Beach-HEC on Sunday, December 1, 2024, departing at 7:00 am – 11 am. Please enjoy a post-event celebration with us from 11am – 2 pm. The proceeds will benefit the Hispanic Education Coalition’s Scholarship Fund and the Dr. Joaquín García High School Fund. The goals of the Hispanic Education Coalition are to support post-secondary education for Palm Beach County High School Seniors who have academic merit as well as financial need. Additionally, the organization promotes equitable educational policies, especially for students who have been historically underserved. Last year’s ride proceeds provided seven scholarships to well deserving students.
