Jane Kim

Jane Kim manages the operations of the Department of Adult & Community Education at the School District of Palm Beach County.  Jane has been with the department for over 10 years in which time she has been an integral part of redesigning processes to improve key performance indicators.  Jane oversees the testing centers, which are the third largest in the state in administering GED tests.  In addition, she leads the marketing team, the data team, IT, Training and Budget.  Before joining the education world, Jane headed the HR Function for the Domestic and Latin America Region at a Fortune 100 company employing more than 13,000 associates.   Jane was responsible for Human Resources in the Miami office and also managed the Training & Development function at a regional level. Jane’s fifteen years of experience also include heading the Training Department at Pacific International Services, Managing the HR function at Children’s Services Council and heading her own Consulting Firm, HRD Consulting Group Inc., for the last 3 years.   She attended FIU where she graduated Cum Laude and has achieved several certifications in HR, Training and Development as well as Human Performance Improvement (HPI).
